MPS Society awareness week
The MPS Society is raising awareness of rare, genetic conditions from 11-17 May 2020.
Your local children’s charity, the MPS Society, is gearing up for a week of raising awareness about rare, genetic conditions. These conditions can have a huge impact on the lives of those affected and we’d love to have your support. Every 8 days, a baby born in the UK is diagnosed with MPS (Mucopolysaccharide) or a related disease and our wonderful charity strives to transform lives through specialist knowledge, support, advocacy and research. We want all of our children to be able to live their lives to the fullest.
We are looking for fundraisers and volunteers who can help us really make a difference during our Awareness Week by holding an information stand, bucket collecting, organising a bake sale or joining in with our Wear it Blue fundraising event on Friday 15th May. If you can spare an hour of your time to help us, please register your interest on our website: www.mpssociety.org.uk/awareness-week
or email the fundraising team: fundraising@mpssociety.org.uk
